IndiGG Pegaxy Scholarship: Full Details

Here is everything you need to know when you become a Pegaxy scholar for IndiGG

So you want to become a Pegaxy scholar for IndiGG but need to get a few details before pursuing it. Landing a scholarship with IndiGG opens you up to a whole new way to earn by just playing video games and having fun. 

If you weren’t aware before, Pegaxy is a horse racing game based on the Polygon blockchain. Earning a scholarship for Pegaxy allows you to rent out a Pega that you can use to race and earn token rewards. 

In this article, we’ll answer some common questions you may have and provide straight facts about the scholarships. 

What is the allocation of the Pegaxy scholarships? 

The scholarships will be distributed between existing scholars, new members in the IndiGG Discord, community members, and giveaway contests. 

Here’s the breakdown by percentage:

• 30% - Existing scholars

• 20% - new Discord members

• 45% - IndiGG Community members

• 5% Giveaways

The leveling system

As community members participate in our Discord channel, they’ll earn XP to level up. The more they are active the higher their level will be. Some common ways to raise your level include engaging in daily discussions, helping members with questions/concerns, and creating content related to IndiGG x Pegaxy (can be written/events/streams/videos/etc).

To be eligible for any scholarship a member must at least level 5.

Participating in giveaways requires members to be above level 15 and have the “LVL - 15” role. 

45% of the Pegaxy scholarship supply is planned to be distributed among community members above level 8. Please be sure to note that even if you have obtained level 8 we do encourage you to remain active as much as possible. 

The payout cycle 

Payouts for our Pegaxy scholars will follow a cycle every 15 days. During this 15 day period, scholars can increase their levels that will correspond with their cut. 

Every scholar starts with a 60% cut of the revenue they generate in Pegaxy. For example, for every 16k exp gain within 15 days, the scholar is eligible to receive an extra 2% hike. The maximum % a scholar can receive is up to 70%. 

Also be sure to note that during the first cycle, we will not be having the 5% allocation for giveaways. This is to give members some time to rank up. 

Is multi-accounting allowed?

The short answer to this is a big NO. Once a scholar has obtained a Pegaxy scholarship on another Guild they cannot receive additional ones on IndiGG. 

Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and anyone found in violation of this will lose their rights to apply for other IndiGG scholarships.
